We'll deepen your connection to intuitive eating by adjusting nutrient balance and offering more advanced somatic or yoga practices to support digestion and emotional well-being. Together, we create a long-term, flexible framework that aligns with your body’s changing needs, empowering you to sustain your holistic food plan with confidence.
We’ll explore your personal health and wellness goals, whether it's for more energy, emotional balance, digestive health, or aligning with ethical and spiritual values. Assess your daily rhythms, stresses, and environment—whether you're living in an urban area or closer to nature, and how these influence your food choices. Through somatic practices, we’ll tap into how your body feels before, during, and after eating. This body-based awareness helps in building an intuitive relationship with food.
