The Gut Protocol is a program where we take a deep look into the digestive system from top to bottom covering digestion, absorption, assimilation, and elimination. In this session, we review the changes made in our previous session. Celebrate how far you have come, and lay down a framework for you to move forward. We embrace the power of regulating the nervous system, healing our gut and continue to make any needed adjustments.

In this final session, we consolidate everything we've worked on, celebrate your progress, and plan for the future. We focus on ensuring that you have a sustainable plan moving forward, your gut overall heath is thriving
