  • In our first session, we look at your life through a holistic lens. You receive a questionnaire prior to the meeting, allowing me to get a good sense of where you are at the moment with your hormone cycle, day-to-day activities and stress levels. This is where we start making small changes, tweaking and adjusting where necessary nourish and get in the flow wit your cycle.

  • In this session,we review the changes made in our previous session and lay down a framework for you to move forward. We embrace the power of the female cycle and continue to make any needed adjustments.

  • In this final session, we consolidate everything we've worked on, celebrate your progress, and plan for the future.
