She creates safe and nurturing spaces where individuals and groups can come together, reconnect, and experience the profound sense of belonging that comes with inner alignment.
Her approach is rooted in the wisdom of the five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. Through carefully selected instruments and intuitive guidance, she helps activate and balance these energies, allowing each person to receive exactly what they need in the moment.
Yulianna
Emilie
Emilie Lassen is a somatic stress release practitioner and holistic nutritionist who supports individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and releasing stored tension. Her work is grounded in a body-first approach, where nervous system regulation creates the foundation for meaningful, lasting shifts in both body and mind.
She works with somatic tools—including fascia release, breathwork, vagal toning, and intuitive movement—to help metabolize stress and complete the stress cycle. These practices are designed to restore the body’s natural rhythm and support deeper presence, clarity, and ease.
As a holistic nutritionist, Emilie also weaves in nourishment through whole foods, herbs, and seasonal practices—always guided by the body’s cues and individual needs. Rather than prescribing rigid rules, her work encourages a more honest, intuitive relationship with food and self.
Emilie blends science-backed guidance with a deep trust in the body’s wisdom, creating spaces for healing that feel grounded, supportive, and real. Her approach is an invitation to return to the body—not as something to fix, but as a place to come home to.
Carys
Carys is a holistic nutritionist, breathwork facilitator, and guide in healing through food, crafting nourishing, nature-inspired meals that heal and transform.
With over a decade in wellness, she curates the finest in seasonal, organic, biodynamic, and regenerative nutrition, alongside herbal and fungal remedies. Her own journey—healing chronic digestive issues through food and nature—deepened her commitment to holistic health. She believes true well-being stems from reconnecting with nature, fostering hormonal balance, physical vitality, and nervous system resilience.
Committed to accessible wellness, Carys promotes low-waste living and non-toxic choices for both personal and planetary health. Through simple shifts, she helps others align with their most authentic, thriving selves—rooted in nature, community, and mindful living.
